Store Policies


Shipping: Most orders to destinations within Australia ship within 1-2 business days. We do not offer refunds off of shipping if actual shipping charges are less than the calculated amount. Typically our estimation is slightly less than the actual shipping amount (we'll cover the difference if this is the case). Any excess payments on shipping will be applied to offset our cost of packaging the items and getting them to the shipper. Please understand that sometimes there are costs that you don't see such as boxes, travel to the shipping office, shipping account charges, etc.

Damaged Items: Please inspect your items upon arrival. Items damaged in transit will be replaced if we are contacted within 1 day of receipt if the product is still available, otherwise something similar will be offered. We typically never have issues though. The refund will be for the price of the item only, not including postage and you will need to arrange the return to me. Payment

Shipping
Items will be posted when payment has been cleared. I recommend using Registered Post to ensure your parcel arrives or can be easily tracked. I am more than happy to combine postage and fit as much as possible in the suitable satchel.

International Shipping
I am happy to post anywhere in the world, please ask me for a quote as prices vary.
