PAYMENT:

I accept PayPal for all customers.

Direct Bank deposit is available for Australian customers only.

Australian Customers:

If you would like to pay via Direct Deposit, bank details will be given after checkout.

International customers:

I will accept only PayPal payments from International buyers.

Payment must be received within 3 Days of purchase (unless a specific negotiated arrangement has been mutually agreed upon). 

If no payment is received I will contact you, if no response is received, the sale will then be cancelled

RING RE-SIZING SERVICE

I want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchases.

If you have ordered the incorrect ring size I do offer a re-sizing service.

The following conditions apply:

- Prior to posting your ring/s back to me for re-sizing please contact me first via email to discuss - helloaritaghedini@gmail.com

- A re- sizing fee applies: $30 for standard alterations & $45 for more complex re-sizing jobs (ie: which require reconstruction or re-setting of gems). I will provide you with a quote for re-sizing following your email request.

Shipping costs are the buyers responsibility: That is, the cost of sending your rings to me and the return postage once the ring/s are re-sized. Please ensure the item is returned to me via 'Trackable Parcel Post, with Signature on Delivery'.

It is essential that an accurate size is determined before I commence work on your precious ring purchase!!

"Plastic MultiSizers" are available for purchase in my MadeIt store to assist with gaining an indication of your ring size. Better still, a quick trip to the local jeweller for a perfectly accurate sizing is a worthwhile exercise prior to purchase.

Shipping will occur within 3 business days of your payment clearing.

PACKAGING:

I take great pride in my work, as such each item I sell is beautifully packaged in a deluxe keepsake box. 

All purchases are housed carefully in sturdy, secure and protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Additionally bubble mailers are used as added security.

POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Items posted daily.  

For Australian buyers I use trackable parcel post with signature on delivery - pricing is reflective of this service inclusion. I choose to use this secure service for your peace or mind and mine.

Please allow 3-6 business days for delivery to most major towns.
Peak times such as Christmas, Valentines Day etc expect longer delivery times.

 

Express Post service is available, this service includes signature on delivery.

International customers, I use Airmail by Australia Post.

International Buyers please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees imposed by your country. Shipping internationally may cause your parcel to attract duties, customs fees or other taxes and these are the responsibility of the buyer.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Please note the following very important points:

I want you to be thrilled with your purchase.
If you are unhappy with the item for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible (prior to leaving feedback) so we can discuss a resolution. I am a very reasonable and approachable person so please feel free to contact me at anytime to discuss your order.

Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.

EXCHANGES:
Due to health regulations I cannot offer a return on earrings.

An exchange or refund is offered for: Necklaces, Pendants and Bracelets & Rings provided that:
1) The item is unworn
2) The item has not been damaged or altered in any way
3) The item is returned packaged in it's original packaging, with the same care and attention to detail as it was sent.
4) I am notified of your intention to seek refund or exchange within 2days of the item being received.

5) The returned item must be return posted to me within 3days of the item having been received.  

6) The item is returned to me via Trackable Parcel Post, with signature on delivery (at your cost, NB: Postage costs can not be refunded). Please ensure an article tracking number is provided to me upon postage of your return.
