Store Policies

Payments are made via PayPal. All major credit cards can be used via PayPal without having an account. PayPal is very safe and secure and offers the customer peace of mind.

 If you require another method please contact me.

I am located in Melbourne, Australia.

All orders are processed using Australia Post. 

Postage within Australia are sent with standard post.

International postage 
Standard Postage is NOT inclusive of tracking number. 

Upgrade shipping options are available for tracking, registered and express services.

Shipping Times 
Upon shipping confirmation, the following time frame applies:

Australia: 3-5 business days
 (excluding public holidays)
Everywhere else: 5-10 business days. (excluding public holidays)
These time frames are given from Australia Post.

Your order will be shipped next business day after payment has been confirmed.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. We are not responsible for parcels "lost" in the mail, and highly advise addition of the registered post option on your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refund policy is as follows:

If you are not happy with your order please contact me and I will work with you to make you happy.

I will refund you 100% (excluding postage) when I receive the item back in the condition I sent it off to you.

Please note, that customers are liable for shipping costs associated with returns. 

Please note that there are no refunds on custom made orders.

These terms and conditions on this refund policy is in accordance with the national Australian Consumer Law.
