Welcome to Nanna T!

Nanna T items are lovingly created with the aim of ensuring that you are happy with everything you purchase from Nanna T. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Your order will be shipped to you within 2-3 working days of receiving payment. Custom-made orders may take longer and will depend on stock availability.

Care is taken when packaging your order and all items are sealed in waterproof mail bags.

Most of the items shipped WITHIN AUSTRALIA are mailed in Australia Post pre-paid satchels, with tracking included. Most items will fit into an $8.25 satchel, larger items, such as quilts, will fit into a $13.40 satchel. Bibs and smaller items will be mailed as cheaply as possible, and any shipping overpayment will be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL shipping charges are based on the cost of similar items shipped previously.

If the cost of shipping your item turns out to be substantially less than the amount charged, the difference will be refunded.

Australia Post standard delivery times apply.

Paypal is preferred. I also accept direct bank deposits within Australia.

Refunds and exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase with the exception of ‘buyer's remorse’ and custom-made orders.

If an item needs to be returned, you will need to cover the cost of return postage. The item must be returned in its original condition (ie: Unworn and unused).

I recommend that all items are handwashed or machine washed on a Delicates/ Gentle cycle with reduced spin, and air-dried (no tumble drying or dry-cleaning). A gentle warm iron may be needed to keep items looking their best. MINKY FABRIC SHOULD NOT BE IRONED.
