Store Policies

Payment is by Stripe, PayPal or Bank transfer. Credit card payments are available via Stripe or PayPal. If you have chosen to pay by Bank transfer please allow 3-4 days for acknowledgement of payment. Payment must be made in full before items will be shipped.

All items in my shop are priced per garment. As the weight of an order depends on the quantity of the order, it is not practical to suggest postage cost as a standard for multiples. In this regard, I will refund the excess postage paid at the time of the order, once the parcel has been posted. Each order is sent via Australia Post within Australia. You will be notified of the Tracking Number on the eve of the parcel being sent. Insurance is not included, if you require the parcel to be insured or signature required, please email me for the cost. In regard to orders to be shipped overseas please email me with the address details to enable me to quote the postage charges. If you require insurance to be included for overseas postage please state when you request a postage quote. Lolly a Dawn Pointon Creation is not liable for loss or damage during transit if insurance has not been requested. I will ship to the address listed on your Madeit account unless otherwise stated. All items are inspected carefully once the order is completed, but if there is something that I have missed please let me know within 5 days of receiving your item to arrange either a refund, replacement or a repair. If returning, the item must be in its original condition.
It is the buyer’s responsibility for payment of return shipping costs. I do not issue refunds or reship items if an order is shipped to an incorrect address on your Madeit account. I do not refund or exchange for "change of mind" purchases.
