Store Policies

PAYMENT

Payment is via PayPal using your PayPal account OR debit or credit card.

(Please note that you do not have to have a PayPal account, if you scroll down on the PayPal page there is the option to pay by debit or credit card.)

SHIPPING

All items will be sent via Australia Post (standard parcel post) within 3 business days of receiving payment.
Unfortunately it is difficult to determine how long Australia Post will take to deliver an item but it should be within 5-10 business days.

PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT.

If you would like the item sent elsewhere please let me know and I can send directly to that address with a note with your wording and can be gift wrapped if required.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

I make everything with love, care and attention, however in the slight chance there is a fault please message me within 3 days of receiving so we can work out the best solution.

Customer is responsible for the costs to return the item.

There are no refunds for change of mind.

I cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items during transit as this is out of my control.
