Store Policies


All orders are shipped from Queensland, Australia.
I will send your order within 1-3 business days of purchase. I will let you know as soon as your order is shipped.

Many of my sticker packs are ready to go. So shipping for these will be stated on the listing, usually with 24-48 hours after purchase.

I will ship to the address listed on your Paypal receipt. Buyers are responsible for having an accurate address listed at all times. I do not issue refunds or reship items if an order is shipped to an incorrect address.

Australian orders are sent via regular Australia Post.
Please allow 3-10 business days for your order to arrive.

We offer various shipping upgrades/options that can be selected when checking out:

EXPRESS POST: We offer flat rate express post shipping for most orders within Australia for $12.00 per order. Please allow 1-4 working days for express delivery, depending on the time of purchase and your delivery address. If you live in WA, NT, Far North Queensland or remote rural areas you may need to allow a few extra days for delivery.

We will do our best to ship your order the same day if it is placed by midday AEDT, though we cannot guarantee this. If you require your order next day please contact us first to make sure this is possible.

Bulk or wholesale orders are welcome, please message me for a qutoe. Lets chat.

International orders are sent via regular Air Mail.
There is no tracking number included.
Please allow 10-20 business days for your order to arrive.
While most orders will arrive within a couple of weeks, please allow up to one month for delivery.
Please also note that any duties/customs fees incurred on the package are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please consider upgrading your shipping for just a few dollars more than regular mail if you would like insurance or a tracking number (availability depends on your country).

Tracking is available for orders being sent to Australia, New Zealand, the UK, USA, Singapore, Germany or Ireland. For other countries we send registered post with signature on delivery.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping please leave a note during checkout or contact us for a custom listing. Shipping upgrades attract an additional fee, please contact us with your delivery requirements and we will provide a shipping quote.

We are happy to accommodate rush orders. Please contact us before placing your order to ensure we are able to ship your order by the required deadline.

I can only guarantee a shipping date, NOT an arrival date. Please ensure you place your order with enough time to receive it by the date required. I do not issue refunds or accept returns because a package does not arrive on time.

It is rare for an item to be lost or damaged in the post, but unfortunately it can occur. We recommend upgrading your shipping to include insurance or tracking to safeguard your parcel.

If an item arrives damaged, I require photo documentation of the damage before making a decision. I am happy to resend an order or issue a refund if deemed appropriate. Please note, damaged means broken or unusable. I do not replace items that are damaged by misuse.

Due to the way shipping costs for orders with multiple items are calculated, you may find that estimated rates differ from the actual rate of postage. Please also understand that we factor in a small amount to the shipping cost to cover the mailing bag + protective packaging, we want your order to arrive in perfect condition! Shipping rates are fairly calculated.
