DIY printable files direct to your email for printing in the comfort of your own home or your local print shop. Custom printing available at times on request (workload dependent).

These are the hours you can expect replies to emails and messages:

Monday to Friday: 10am - 4pm
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED
Public Holidays: CLOSED

Please be aware that I am a first time mum so am still juggling all that motherhood entails and am not always at my computer to respond to your questions but rest assured, I will be in touch with you as soon as I can.

Please be aware that from Wednesday, 8 March 2017 to Wednesday, 15 March 2017 there will be delays in processing orders as we move house.


~ | Turnarounds | ~

Generally speaking, DIY print files will have a turnaround time of up to five (5) business days, or one (1) week.
Requests for printed works will require 20 business days (4 weeks) plus postage.
For more details, see below.

Once your order has been received, your first proof will be available within five (5) business days (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS). That's the time to make sure everything (including spelling, dates, locations, phone numbers etc.) is correct!
Any subsequent proofs (of which you receive two) will also have a turnaround time of up to five (5) business days each.
Please ensure you have checked the item/s thoroughly, as no refunds are offered (see Refunds and Exchange).

Please note that requests for printed orders must allow up to 20 business days (four weeks) for completion before postage. This excludes time for proofing and postage.

~ | Colour and Pattern Matching | ~

Please be aware that the colour/s you see on your screen may vary slightly from the final product you receive. The patterns themselves will represent the same.

~ | Custom Orders | ~

Unfortunately I am unable to take custom design orders at this time. Please check back from time to time to see if I am accepting custom design orders.

~ | Extras | ~

Additional changes to any design, such as colour palette or fonts, will occur an additional fee. This can be purchased as an add-on from my shop.

If you require your order in a hurry, please contact me to see if I can accommodate your request. A premium will apply if your request can be accommodated.

If you require your invitations to be printed, additional fees will apply.

~ | Payment | ~

The only accepted payment method is PayPal. You don't require a PayPal account to use PayPal, your regular credit card can be used. Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. If you don't check out through PayPal straight away, you'll be sent an invoice as a friendly reminder.
Custom orders will require 50% payment within 3 days, and balance within 14 days.
After 3 days of nonpayment, your order will regretfully be cancelled.

~ | Refunds and Exchanges | ~

Due to the custom nature of my products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If, however, an item should be faulty, please contact me to discuss.
