The Edmund & Rose original collection is designed and handmade in Queensland, Australia from beautiful fabrics using techniques that produce high quality garments.


PAYMENT
I accept payment by Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account you can still purchase using your credit card.
Please Note: I am based in Australia. For overseas purchases you may be liable for fees & taxes in your local state or country.

POSTAGE

I offer flat rate postage with Australia Post for as many items as you wish to purchase.

TRACKING
Parcels being delivered within Australia will have a tracking number.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be made before posting

Standard post - 7 to 10 business days
Express post - 3 to 7 business days

We cannot guarantee the delivery time frame if the postal service has any unexpected delays due to holiday, weather, customs, or other conditions.


ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be made before posting

Standard post - 10 to 15 business days
Express post - 7 to 10 business days available for some countries. Please ask for a quote before purchasing.

We cannot guarantee the delivery time frame if the postal service has any unexpected delays due to holiday, weather, customs, or other conditions.

Some postal services do not offer tracking information on international parcels.

YOUR PARCEL HAS NOT ARRIVED?
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frame please contact me and I will do my best to help you. However, please understand that I don't consider a parcel as being lost in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping in Australia, or a full 60 days from the date of shipping overseas, and I will not send a replacement item sooner than this.


REFUNDS
I am a perfectionist. If I am not happy with an item I have made, I will not sell it. Having said that, every one of my items are made by hand and not pushed out of an overseas sweat shop. Some differences between items will occur as well as some small imperfections. This is what gives my handmade items their identity, knowing that every one of the items coming out of my home studio will be unique.
If your item is faulty I will gladly offer you a refund or exchange.
I do not give refunds on change of mind or wrong size or colour. In some cases I will offer an exchange of items, with the purchaser paying for all postage associated with the exchange.
If you need to return an item please contact me first so that we can work together to rectify the situation. Your item must be returned to me in an unused condition, within 10 days of you receiving it. I will not refund postage amounts.
