Store Policies

Payment can be made by either PayPal or Bank Deposit (if within Australia).
Contact Seller for bank details.
If payment is not received within 3 days of purchase and no communication has been attempted, the sale / order will be cancelled.

Domestic Orders
Orders are posted via Australia Post regular mail from the Central West, NSW.
Whilst every effort will be made to get your purchase to you in good order, Little Donuts holds no responsibility for Australia Post, once posted.
If your order contains a number of items, I am happy to reassess the postage cost.
Should you prefer registered mail with tracking and signature on receipt, please contact, and I can advise of the extra cost.
International Orders
Please contact Little Donuts for an international postage quote and approximate delivery times.
International customers are responsible for any import duty taxes, if applicable.

Gift Purchases
Should your item be a gift for a special 'little donut', Little Donuts is happy to gift wrap and ship to an alternate address. Just note down your requirements.

Refunds & Exchanges
Little Donuts does not refund or exchange for change of mind.
Should there be a problem with your order, do not hesitate to contact me within 7 days and I will endeavour to rectify it.
Should it be necessary, return postage will be at the buyer's expense.

Little Donuts garments are designed to be durable and most parts are fully warm machine washable.
All orders arrive with full care details enclosed within your package.
