Some boring stuff....

I accept payment via PayPal and Direct Deposit. I do prefer Direct Deposit so please contact me before paying for item.

CUSTOM SIGNS - Once you have ordered a custom sign please email me with your preferences for background color, font color & type of font. Also please include what you would like on the sign. I will then create a black & white proof for you to approve. Once approved then I will start creating the sign (also once payment has cleared)... Custom signs have a 1-3 week turnaround and I will keep in contact with you the whole time (once order is confirmed)...

PRE-MADE SIGNS - Once you have ordered a Pre-Made Sign it will be posted once payment has cleared and should arrive 5-7 days (depending on postage services).

I use Australia Post for all standard postage. If you would prefer Registered Post (at extra cost) please let me know before paying for the item. Please note that all postage costs are for postage within Australia.

I package each sign carefully with brown wrapping paper & bubble wrap so they won't get damaged on the way to their new home.

Refund Policy - If there is a issue with your sign please let me know and we can work out a solution within 7 days of receiving the sign. If contacted after this time then this refund policy is void.

If a sign receives damage while in transit please submit photos of the damage to me within 7 days of receiving the sign and I will be happy to replace the sign free of charge.

Please also note that all of my signs are DISTRESSED. This distressing of the timber has different effects on different timber & paint. The signs are created to look 'vintage'.

Most times I will happily either refund or replace the sign but please contact me as soon as you can so we can work out a solution. I'm pretty nice... ;)
