We love combines shipping here at the happy nest - contact me if your invoice is not reflecting this! We are happy to post within Australia and internationally - contact us for a quote at the happynest@outlook.com.

I prefer PayPal or direct deposit. Once the money has cleared into my account I will post your item/s within two business days. I am also happy to send your item via registered or express post if you prefer (this will come at an extra charge) - please let me know when ordering that you would like this option, and I will send you an amended invoice. I am not responsible for items lost in postage, so if you are concerned about this eventuality, it would be a good idea to request registered post. I am happy to combine shipping costs - I don't want to profit on postage, so if you are purchasing more than one item I'm happy to let you know if there's a cheaper way to post.

In the unusual occurrence that an item is defective or damaged upon arrival (not due to damage during posting) I will of course refund your money or replace the item with a suitable substitute. If you change your mind once you receive the item, I may be able to exchange it, but you will be required to pay for all postage and the item must be in re-saleable condition. In the case of custom orders, this may not be possible. But please - let me know if there's a problem and I will do my utmost to fix it!
