All payments can be made via Paypal.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the digital nature of this product no refunds or exchanges are available. If you have any problem downloading or accessing your purchase please contact me.

LICENSING AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Commercial and personal use rights are included when you purchase an image. This allows you to use the image an unlimited number of times online for websites, blogs or social media or for print i.e. brochures, flyers, invitations etc. You may crop the image and overlay with your own text or product if you wish, but you may NOT alter, edit or manipulate the image in any other way. You are not permitted to resell, transfer, loan, share or give the image to any third party or claim as your own. Vicki Elle retains the original copyright. Please contact me if you are unsure of anything or require further information.

Credit is not necessary but I love to see how my work is being used so feel free to tag me @vickiellephotography.

Vicki Elle retains the original copyright. As a purchaser you will receive commercial and personal use rights. The image may be used by the original purchaser online or in print any number of times, but may not be transferred or sold in any form to a third party.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS will be available immediately after payment. You will receive an email upon payment with your download link.

PHYSICAL ORDERS are only available within Australia and will be processed within 1-3 business days. If for some reason this isn't possible you will be contacted with a revised processing time.


HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

DIGITAL FILES are available via instant download. You will receive an email upon payment with your download link.

PHYSICAL ITEMS - Australia Only

Your order will be shipped as a Priority Large Letter using Australia Post. This service does not include tracking. If you would like tracking, please select the Signed Delivery option during checkout. Delivery may take between 1 and 14 days depending on your location.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe please contact me.

I am not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Vicki Elle.


CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS - Due to the nature of these items no refunds or exchanges are available.

PHYSICAL ITEMS - Australia Only

Vicki Elle handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Should you wish to return your order, please notify me within 14 days of receiving your order with a valid reason for return.

If I am unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, I will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.


CAN I GET A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT?

I am not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind but you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what I said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and I will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, I will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.


CAN I GET A REFUND ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS OR CUSTOM ORDERS?

Due to their nature no refunds are available on digital products or custom orders unless they are damaged or defective. All refunds will be given at the discretion of Vicki Elle.
