Milbo's is an Australian family business that is committed to sustainability, recycling, non-chemical alternatives and fairly trading.

At Milbo's we are conscious of our environmental footprint and the effect it has on our families' health. We are demanding better choices in the raw materials we buy, so that we can offer environmentally responsible products to you. By keeping our eye firmly on the quality, integrity, and design of our products, whilst keeping our costs low, we believe we can make eco-conscious products accessible to everyone.

Milbo's are designed to have a long life, be reused and recycled. In addition, cotton and other waste generated through the manufacturing process are minimized by design, reused in other handmaiden's hair accessories, recycled, or composted. As a principle, all Milbo's products are made using renewable energy and must use as little packaging material as possible.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We do everything in our power to ensure that your goods arrive safely, quickly and in great condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods and supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail; and a description of the damage or defect, along with your e-mail address and phone number. Once we receive all the necessary information we will authorise for the return of the goods at our expense. You will be offered the chance to receive a refund (either to your credit card or paypal account), credit towards another purchase or a replacement for the original item. Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible, so we can work with Australia Post to reduce the possibility that it might happen again.

Delivery Charges

Milbo's reserves the right to change prices for delivery at any time. Delivery charges for orders to be sent outside Australia are subject to confirmation at the time the order is placed.

Delivery Times

All orders on this website are usually made to order and can take up to 10 business days. If there are any unforeseeable delays, you will be contacted by our customer service team. Orders will be delivered to you by Australia Post or where more appropriate and if requested by you and agreed to by us a Courier Service of our choosing. Once purchases have been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Normal Australia Post arrangements for delivery of packages and parcels will apply unless otherwise agreed. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, they may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

Products Damaged in Transit

All orders are delivered by Australia Post. Please consider the information below so you are aware of your obligations in relation to delivery options.

Australia Post Express satchels are NOT insurable. It is however, a much quicker service in general. Damage, loss or theft incurred as a result of using this delivery option is at the purchaser's risk.
