Store Policies

Seller only accepts PayPal at the moment.
Payment must be received within 2 Days of purchase (unless a specific negotiated arrangement has been mutually agreed upon). If no payment is received the sale will then be cancelled.
All items will be posted via Australia Post with a tracking number supplied.
Please ensure the correct mailing address is supplied as the seller is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail.
Most items can be posted anywhere in the world.
International Buyers please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees imposed by your country.
Seller will ship item within 3 business days of payment clearing.
Refunds & Exchange:
Rhyley Design wants you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase PLEASE notify seller within 2 days of delivery, to resolve issue.
The item must be unworn, not damaged or altered in any way.The item must be returned in same packaging.If item is returned it must be via Registered Mail (at your cost).
If item is damaged in transit I will try and repair it, postage will be at buyers cost.
Due to health regulations I cannot offer a return on earrings.
