All items from my shop are made by me with lots of care and love. Please find the following information.

Payment///
Payment can be made by Paypal, Credit card and Bank deposit for Australian customers.

Postage///
All order are posted by Australia Post. Small items are posted as large letter which have no tracking number. Large items are posted as parcel post which have a tracking number. If you would like to have other options with extra expense, please email me prior to payment.

Please note that I can not have any responsibility for loss or damage in transit.

Refunds and Exchange///
Refunds and exchange will be only accepted in the event of manufacturing fault or incorrectly supplied item. Please contact me within 7 days after received your purchase.
