Thanks for stopping by at little miss gee. Everything is handmade by me here in Melbourne. I hope you enjoy your purchase as much as I have enjoyed making it. Please be aware some if my products are hand printed and handmade, therefore any slight variations are part of the nature of these bespoke items.

Paypal and direct debit are the only payment method available. Please pay within 24 hours or items will be relisted.

little miss gee posts orders twice a week. If there is going to be a delay I'll will email you to let you know but I aim to get your order out as fast as I can. If you need your item urgently, please contact me so I can work out a new shipping amount so you can get your item faster.

Recently I've had several parcels go missing so if you order more than 1 item, I will send it by registered post with tracking.

For international orders I use Australia Post Airmail. Again, I've had several parcels go missing so I've now included an option to ADD TRACKING for an additional charge. THIS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If you choose not to pay for tracking, and in the event that your parcel doesn't arrive I will NOT refund or send another item.

Please allow 7-15 working days for items to arrive in UK, USA and Canada. 15-20 working days for items to arrive in Europe and 14+ working days for items to arrive in Asia, however it has been known to take longer. If you have not received your order after 6 weeks from the date posted, I can arrange to either refund the money or send another item.

PLEASE NOTE: When your package arrives you may have to pay additional customs fees or import taxes for which you are responsible. I unfortunately have no control over these fees. If you think this may be the case or you have not ordered from overseas before please check with your post office prior to ordering. At times some European countries can delay items in customs for over a week, again, I have no control over this.

Each item I post is checked over to make sure it is sent off in perfect condition and packed so it is safe inside the packaging. If your item has arrived damaged, you can return the item in its original condition within 10 days of you receiving it and I'll make arrangements on issuing a refund or a replacement. Postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Sale items cannot be returned.

If you change your mind, exchanging products is at the discretion of little miss gee but refunds will not be issued.

In the event of a refund, I will not refund the postage costs. In the very rare and unlikely event that your parcel doesn't arrive, and you have purchased tracking, I will refund or send another item after 6 weeks have passed, as parcels have been known to be delayed in customs for up to 3 weeks.
