Store Policies


{Payment}

My preference for payment is direct deposit. Details will be listed for you upon check-out. Remember to leave a reference for tracking (preferably your madeit username). Please note that your item will not be posted until monies have cleared into the account which may take a couple of days depending on your banking provider.

Payment can also be made through Paypal by following the easy steps at the checkout. Paypal is a safe, easy and quick method of payment that clears your item fast for shipment.


{Postage}

The cost for postage comprises packaging, postage and handling. Therefore it will usually be a little more than the actual stamp value on your parcel. If I end up paying considerably less than what was charged on your order, I will refund an appropriate amount.

All orders are shipped through Australia Post regular mail service. If you need an urgent delivery please contact me prior to ordering.


{Return Policy}

As I am running a small handmade business, I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of goods during delivery and no refunds will be made. However, please contact me in such case and I will try to remake your item at an agreeable rate.

I make my items to the highest handmade standards and always check before I send them out. If an item arrives faulty, please contact me to discuss the issue. If you need to return an item for some reason, you will have to cover postage.


{Custom Orders}

I am happy to customise my products where possible according to your suggestions and within my style. Depending on the complexity of the order and availability of materials, I can usually have custom orders ready within five business days. Please consider to leave extra lead time in busy periods, such as before Easter, Mother's Day or Christmas.
