About the felt I use:

It is "100% guaranteed woolen, water repellent and fire retardant. It Satisfies the REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and restriction of Chemicals) standard and is dyed according to European and EN71 Regulations (Compliance with this standard is legally required for all toys sold in the EU). It is also KEO-TEX certified to be free of harmful toxic chemicals, safe for babies and children and with it being biodegradable a sustainable choice".
