When printing the mugs, I use a technique that is designed to set the ink onto the mug permanently. I check each purchase before it is sent to you, to ensure the highest quality item is sent out. The printing process means that these mugs are able to be used in the microwave, and the dishwasher, however we do recommend hand washing for longevity of the image.
