This heat pack is our Medium Pack 25cm x 10cm and designed to be light in weight so that its sits comfortably on your eyes. This pack can also be used on your forehead to help with headaches.

Australia Wide Shipping is available on heat packs but unfortunaely due to weight and different countries custom requirements I can not post this item internationally.
