Embroidered Silk Paper artwork card 19

Each card is handmade and created by embroidering on hand made silk paper. I first make the silk paper from silk fibres and the surface of the silk paper has a lustre which is further embellished by free machine and machine embroidery.

Each card is unique as it is difficult to replicate the pattern and colour distribution with this method. The pattern on the card is open to interpretation and imagination.

The card is a three-fold with either an oval or rectangle cut-out which frames the artwork pasted within the card.

The inside of the card is left blank for your personalised message.

Each card comes with a matching envelope, and packaged in a clear resealable cellophane bag to protect the card.

Size of the card is 10.5cm x 15cm.

Special requests eg greeting like “Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary etc can easily be applied to a card - just send me a message.

Greetings on cards can be changed or removed if you like the design of a specific card.
