My business is called Mardibits. My name is Vicki, I live on a rural property in Federal, Queensland where I live with my husband, Bruce. We plant, grow and harvest Ginger, Turmeric and Galangal.

All 3 have many health, benefits but with winter coming Ginger is nourishing and warming. Perfect to help ward off the chills of winter.

Use it in your cooking, sweet or savoury. Wonderful for a pick me up by making a ginger tea, It's wonderful in Asian dishes and fabulous when making your own Ginger Crunch. The kids will love it.
