casual socks using reclaimed alpaca & wool mix and reclaimed yarn

These hand knitted socks are created by me from reclaimed alpaca and wool mix and reclaimed yarn and this gives them their unique and distinct appearance. These socks evoke the colours in mardi gras parades, refraction and happiness. I find the yarn at markets, thrift shops and out-of-the way bric-a-brac places. These are made as a size S which would suit a foot which is no more than 21cm long.
I make the top of the socks loose so there is less discomfort or tightness. Ideally they are bed socks, house socks or binge-watching socks.
They are designed to be warm, cosy and above all, fun.
These socks need a little more care than your regular socks. A gentle hand wash in a quality wool wash product in warm water will keep them clean and fresh. Dry flat in shade. I do not recommend placing them in the clothes dryer.
