Mosaic Bee Bath. Stand included.

A little dish, which I’ve designed specifically for our precious Bees, both European, & Aussie native Bees.
The idea behind my dish, I have raised the centre, so if you just put enough water in to reach the hearts, then the bees can safely drink, without drowning, which sadly happens too often.
During warm days Bees can become very thirsty, they help us in many ways, so let’s help them out a little.
It is best to keep this dish in shade, or dappled light, otherwise some of the colours will fade.
All of the ceramic tiles have been hand cut by myself.
The terracotta dish is sealed.
I have added pure violet ground pigment to the grout.
The centre is made with glass millefiori beads.
The edge is diamond mirror.
