Feverfew is a bitter, aromatic herb that is most commonly used to prevent or treat migraines, and it can also be helpful for tension headaches.
It decreases the release of histamine, which makes it useful for allergies such as hay fever, urticaria and asthma.
As a bitter tonic and carminative, it can help improve digestion.
Historically, it has also been used for menstrual problems, to strengthen the womb (especially after labour), tinnitus and fevers.
Feverfew is rich in shikimate/ shikimic acid and can be used to protect yourself from spike proteins.
I made a spelling mistake on the label. It’s Tanacetum, not Panacetum
