Shipping
All purchases will be sent via Australia Post. Regular post estimated shipping time is between 2 to 10 days. Express shipping can be added on checkout.

Processing time
Orders will take between 1 to 3 days to be processed. Please note processing time is in addition to shipping time.

Returns & Exchanges
Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind (due to hygiene reasons). If a fault occurs, please get in contact and I will do my best to resolve the issue – this could include requesting photographs and asking for more details.

~~~~Caring for your Earrings~~~~

Clean with a damp cloth. Do not wear while swimming or in the shower. Avoid wearing your earrings while applying perfume, deodorant and hairspray.

Polymer Clay - Do not try to bend or immerse in water. Keep out of extreme heat & extended periods of direct sunlight. Sharp objects can scratch & damage the surface.

Brass - Brass pieces are raw brass and can tarnish over time. Can be polished with a jewellery cloth or brass cleaner (like Brasso).

Tassels - Use steam (from a kettle) to straighten any wild threads on tassels. Do not brush with a comb.
