This was a fun piece, a Diptych so I had to remember to make each side balanced with colour, light, dark etc. I started with lots of mark-making and some darkness to provide depth. I then chose Blue Turquoise, Magenta and Metallic Green with Black and White. My aim was to provide luminosity with layers of colour glazes. I finished with groups of small dots to add more colour variety and interest.
