"Red and Blue Crosses" original acrylic collage on paper

This piece is an original abstract painting created on quality paper using acrylic paints. I worked intuitively using layers of colour on top of each other, spreading them out in various thickness with a squeegee (rubber printmaking tool) and then added a stencil of crosses for extra impact. To finish the piece off I cut it up into several pieces then rearranged them into a more interesting composition, so in essence, it is a collaged artwork.

Artwork size = 8.5 cm x 13cm
Total size (including matt around art) = 15.5cm x 20.5 = 6 x 8 Inches = A5

Fits standard 8x6 inch (A5) sized frame that can be found in places like Ikea, Office Works, or Kmart (FRAME NOT INCLUDED)
Comes with matt, foam core backing and in a plastic sleeve for protection
