Handmade from new and recycled material. The exterior features bright green / lime coloured fabric (100% polyester). Lined with thin breathable dark lime poplin (polyester and cotton blend). Each stripe is reflective, and has been securely sewing machine stitched on. One easy to fasten strong holding velcro piece provides a secure fit around your pet's neck.

How to measure: Use a soft tape measure, and position it just below where a collar would sit. Measure the entire neck girth, allowing a little room for movement.
