Plains Wanderer Lino Cut Print / Australian Bird Print / Wildlife Art / Original

This linocut print features the endangered Plains Wanderer a bird found in Australian grasslands.

I have created the lino cut print by hand carving a piece of lino, rolling ink onto the lino and hand printing the print onto the paper. I then hand coloured the details with watercolours.

This is the second of a series I plan to call my mini-beast series. I will add more to this series over the coming months. - I currently also have a Corroboree Frog and Pygmy Possum is coming soon. Check these out in my other listings if you want matching prints.

Paper: Strathmore cotton rag acid free paper

Paper size approx: approximately 20 x 20 cm, image size 14 x 14 cm

Your hand signed print will be one of only 100 created, each one slighty different which makes it unique.

The print is sold unmounted and unframed, but is just right to slot into a standard frame and mount.
