Congratulations Card - Black and White, Blue/Red

Handmade card to suit male or female, any age. Constructed using good quality lightly textured medium blue card stock, designer paper printed with words related to celebrating a diploma, college, big day. A large, raised panel has a large cut out 'congrats' in silver. Embellished with glittery starts, silver stars and some paper piercing.

Useful for having on hand to give on it's own or with a gift to the clever graduate in your circle of family or friends, colleagues or associates.
