Pretty Pastel Palettes for a Dreamy Festive Feel
I’ve gotta say, I’m nursing a bit of a pastel crush at the moment, and I’m thinking this year, our Christmas table & tree are going to veer away from tradition. That’s right, no red and green for me. This year, it’s all about those dreamy pastel hues.
So, following are a few colour schemes to inspire your gift wrapping and table setting efforts in case you’re ‘pastelly inclined’ (yep, that’s a thing now… I’m starting a trend… we’re doing this.)

You don’t get much dreamier than dream catchers.

Pair pastels with some deeper tones and geometric patterns. I call this: ‘Rubix Bruise’. Sounds French. It must be sophisticated.

Ok so this one ventures out of the realm of pastels slightly, but these pretty shades of blush with some grounding deep greens would make an elegant and wistful table setting and blush wrapping with Christmas tree foliage… it just fits.

Perhaps my favourite, this kaleidoscope of delicate hues is like a big ball of festive fairy floss. Yum.
NOTE: All pastel colour schemes should be accompanied by fairy lights. LOTS of fairy lights.
