Can be used in a wide variety of orientations, positions, in conjunction with a chair, wall or tressler. Made from Australian Hardwoods and finished with a natural oil finish, these blocks will last a life time of continual use.

The purchase includes 2 blocks of identical size to allow for better balance and control. Sizes - 20cm long, 13 cm wide, 7 cm thick. I can also do custom sizes, so please contact me to discuss. Yoga mat not included.

As these are made from wood, and wood is a natural material, there will be some minor colour and grain variation from the examples used in the photos.
