Double Cabochon Pendant Necklace with Beaded Rope

I created this statement necklace using the bead embroidery technique.
It consists of two beautiful cabochons and 4 tiny Swarovski crystal beads surrounded by Japanese seed beads.

The rope was also made with Japanese seed beads.

The length of the pendant is a little over 6 cms including the bail. The width of the widest cabochon is 4.5 cms.
The rope measures 46 cms from end to end.


Some general jewellery care reminders:

• Do not allow jewellery to come into contact with perfume, moisturiser, body lotion etc., as this can affect colours or cause tarnish.
• Remove jewellery before bathing, showering or swimming as exposure to water can weaken the threading materials, and may cause discolouration of beads and findings in the case of chlorine in swimming pools.
• Exposing jewellery to extreme heat or direct sunlight over long periods of time can also cause colours to fade
