Homegrown organic pumpkins... The original photograph was taken with a vintage polaroid camera. This is a 3x4 fine-art print with a 6x8 mat in your choice of black or white. For a beautifully-textured finish, the transfer is printed on museum-grade 100% cotton rag. Available framed for $60 - shipping is extra. What is a polaroid transfer?
This adds another dimension to the transfer by creating a pastel, gauche or watercolour appearance to the image.
The solid-wood frames come in black or dark brown - other colours available on request.
Shortly after an image is taken, the negative is transfered onto watercolour paper.
Here the photo eventually develops . . . the paper 'becomes' the photo.
The raw edges are as much a part of the transfer as the image itself so they are never removed.
