If you require your items to be shipped with Express Post, please get in touch and we will provide you with a custom listing to include Express Post.

Return Policy:
If you are unhappy with your purchased goods or they arrive damaged, please get in touch within 7 days. We can then discuss return options. Return postage is your responsibility. There is no return for custom orders.

Product Policy:
All our items are handmade so pattern placement and exact colour may vary slightly to what you see in the images. Other than that, the images are a true representation of the product you are purchasing.

Please take care with our products and use them appropriately. Keep out of reach for children, for example don't let children play with garlands that are meant for decorating a wall. With products that are made for children's use, for example softie toys, please make sure your child is supervised at all times when using our product.

Please check the materials used in our products before you purchase from us. We aim to use naturally derived materials such as paper, cotton, linen and wool where possible. However, some of our products contain paint and require the use of glue.
